Caramel Crunch Ice Cream

Total Time: 5 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 liter vanilla caramel-swirl ice cream
  • 125 g butternut snap biscuits
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 80 g dry roasted pecans, chopped
  • waffle cone (to serve)

Recipe

  • 1 place the ice cream in a bowl. set aside to soften.
  • 2 stir in biscuits , cinnamon and pecans. return ice cream to freezer till firm.
