Ingredients
- 1 liter vanilla caramel-swirl ice cream
- 125 g butternut snap biscuits
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 80 g dry roasted pecans, chopped
- waffle cone (to serve)
Recipe
- 1 place the ice cream in a bowl. set aside to soften.
- 2 stir in biscuits , cinnamon and pecans. return ice cream to freezer till firm.
