Butterscotch Lunchbox Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (10 -11 ounce) packahe butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, combine milk and pudding mix.
- 2 bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 3 remove from the heat.
- 4 stir in the cake mix.( batter will be lumpy).
- 5 pour into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
- 6 sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 8 cool cake on a wire rack.
