Butterscotch Lunchbox Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (10 -11 ounce) packahe butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan, combine milk and pudding mix.
  • 2 bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • 3 remove from the heat.
  • 4 stir in the cake mix.( batter will be lumpy).
  • 5 pour into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
  • 6 sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • 8 cool cake on a wire rack.
