Butterscotch Fudge

Ingredients
- 6 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 10 large marshmallows (pulled apart in pieces)
- 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips (1/2 bag)
- 1 (8 ounce) package heath toffee pieces
- 1/2 cup butter (1 cube)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 in medium saucepan combine milk, sugar and marshmellows.
- 2 cook on med-high till it comes to a boil.
- 3 boil 6 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat and add vanilla.
- 5 stir in remaining ingredients till butter and chips are melted.
- 6 pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 7 refrigerate.
- 8 cut when cold and keep refrigerated.
