Butterscotch Fudge

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 10 large marshmallows (pulled apart in pieces)
  • 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips (1/2 bag)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package heath toffee pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 cube)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 in medium saucepan combine milk, sugar and marshmellows.
  • 2 cook on med-high till it comes to a boil.
  • 3 boil 6 minutes.
  • 4 remove from heat and add vanilla.
  • 5 stir in remaining ingredients till butter and chips are melted.
  • 6 pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • 7 refrigerate.
  • 8 cut when cold and keep refrigerated.
