Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 egg whites
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 (8 ounce) carton fat free sour cream
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Recipe

• 1 to make cookies, mix together all ingredients. place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
• 2 serve with browned butter frosting.
