Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs till foamy, stir in flour, sugar, walnuts, and salt.set aside.
- 2 place cocoa powder and butter in pan and cook over low heat, till butter melt, stir mixture well.
- 3 remove from heat and add to egg mixture and blend well.
- 4 spread batter, evenly in a greased 13x9 pan.set aside.
- 5 preheat oven to 350*.
- 6 cream butter with sugar, add eggs and vanilla.beat till well mixed.
- 7 mix in flour, salt and walnuts, spoon over chocolate layer in small mounds.
- 8 spreading evenly as possible.
- 9 bake for 25-30 minutes until brownie begins to pull away from sides of pan.
- 10 remove from oven and let cool.
