Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup tap water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 cups sliced apples
- 1/4 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 melt butter; add flour, sugar and hot water.
- 2 cook until thick; add apples.
- 3 cook until tender; add vanilla.
- 4 put in baked pie shell; cool.
- 5 serve with whipped cream.
- 6 bake shell ahead of time.
- 7 i have not tried this yet.
