Apricot Sour Cream Pastries

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- apricot preserves
- coconut
- chopped pecans, if desired
Recipe
- 1 cut butter into flour until it crumbs.
- 2 add egg yolk and sour cream and blend together.
- 3 chill several hours.
- 4 divide into 4 parts.
- 5 roll each part into a 10" circle.
- 6 spread preserves.
- 7 sprinkle with coconut and pecans if desired.
- 8 cut into wedges and roll into crescents.
- 9 sprinkle with sugar.
- 10 bake 20 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned.
