3 Layer Pumpkin Pie Dessert

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix, 1 cup reserved
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (29 ounce) can libby's easy pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 350°f.
  • 2 grease or use non-stick cooking spray and prepare 13x9 inches pan.
  • 3 reserve 1 cup dry cake mix for topping.
  • 4 crust - combine remaining cake mix, butter and egg, press into bottom of pan. (set a side).
  • 5 prepare filling - combine pie mix, 2 eggs and evaporated milk, mix well and pour over crust.
  • 6 topping - combine dry mix, sugar, cinnamon and cut in butter to crumble mixture. sprinkle over filling.
  • 7 bake 350 for 50 minutes or until set.
  • 8 serve with dollip of whip cream.
