Caramelized Peaches With Lemon And Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 4 large peaches, firm but ripe, halved and pitted
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons store-bought lemon curd
  • 2 -4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 arrange the peaches in a single layer, cut sides down, in a 9-by-13-inch, heavy-duty foil pan. scatter the butter pieces and sugar between the peaches. add the vanilla to the pan.
