Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 cups brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups corn syrup
• 1/2 lb salted butter
• 3/4 cup cold water
• 300 ml sweetened condensed milk

Recipe

• 1 mix sugar, syrup, and butter over medium heat in saucepan. as soon as it starts to boil stir constantly for eight minutes. remove from heat.
• 2 add water in 3 intervals, 1/4 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition.
• 3 add sweetened condensed milk. stir until well blended.
• 4 pour into sterilized canning jars and place lids on. store in refrigerator.
