Butternut Squash Pie With Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup butternut squash, cooked and mashed
  • 3/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in blender, puree squash , milk eggs , brown sugar , nutmeg , ginger , cinnamon and salt until completely mixed -- .
