- 4 eggs
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup currants
- prepared butter prepared tart shells
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs well. stir in sugar and vanilla. then add butter and vinegar, stir. then add rasins or currants (if desired). after stirring it all up fill tart shells 2/3 full. bake tarts until light brown. then enjoy.
