Butter Tarts

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup currants
  • prepared butter prepared tart shells

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs well. stir in sugar and vanilla. then add butter and vinegar, stir. then add rasins or currants (if desired). after stirring it all up fill tart shells 2/3 full. bake tarts until light brown. then enjoy.
