Butter Tarts - Company's Coming

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup corn syrup
• 3 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 2 tablespoons coconut
• 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
• 1 pinch salt
• 12 tart shells, or
• 24 miniature tart shells

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375*.
• 2 cream brown sugar, syrup and butter will in a medium bowl.
• 3 add next 6 ingredients. stir well.
• 4 divide among tart shells.
• 5 bake for 20 minutes or 10-15 minutes in mini shells.
