Ingredients

- 750 g dried apricots
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 590 g sweetened condensed milk (or 1 1/2 tins)
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mince apricots in blender.
- 2 combine with 1 1/2 cups of coconut and all other ingredients (reserving 1/2 cup coconut for rolling) and blend well.
- 3 take a teaspoonful of mixture and roll into balls.
- 4 toss in extra coconut.
- 5 store in fridge.
