Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups apples, peeled and coarsely chopped (chunky)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 melt butter over med high heat in a skillet.
- 2 saute apples 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3 mix sugar, cinnamon and water and add to skillet.
- 4 reduce heat to low and cook 2 ot 3 minutes.
- 5 apples should be tender but remain firm.
