Carnival Cruise Cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1 5/8 ounces butter
• 1 egg
• 1/8 cup sugar
• 1/8 cup flour (plus an extra pinch or two)

Recipe

• 1 melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
• 2 in mixing bowl, mix eggs and sugar, then add flour. slowly whisk into the melted chocolate mixture.
• 3 pour into greased 4-ounce ramekins.
• 4 bake at 400 f for 12-14 minutes.
• 5 makes one serving to share. double or triple recipe for guests.
