Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons shortening
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup butterscotch chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350f degrees.
• 2 cream shortening and sugar, add the rest in given order.
• 3 grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.
• 4 pour batter into pan, and bake 25 minutes.
• 5 cool for 10 minutes and then cut into squares.
