Banana Toffee Pie

Total Time: 3 hrs Preparation Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 small chocolate bar

Recipe

  • 1 remove the label from the sweetened condensed milk and submerge, unopened, in a pot of water.
  • 2 cover and boil for 2.5 hours. be sure to keep the can covered with water the entire time.
  • 3 cut up the banana and lay in the crust.
  • 4 open can of condensed milk and gently stir contents with a knife until smooth.
  • 5 pour over bananas.
  • 6 whip cold whipping cream with vanilla with an electric mixer on high until whipped.
  • 7 spread the whip cream over toffee.
  • 8 shave chocolate over pie.
  • 9 place in the freezer for 1 hour before serving.
