Animal Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients together.
• 2 chill.
• 3 add more flour if necessary.
• 4 roll out and cut with animal cutters.
• 5 bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
• 6 frosting for hot cookies:.
• 7 2 egg whites beaten, add 3/4 lb. powdered sugar and coat while cookies are hot. if frosting has enough sugar in it, it will bake hard on cookies so frost only 3 cookies at a time and decorate kepping rest of cookies hot.
