Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1/3 cup light
  • 1 tablespoon yellow food coloring
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 baked pie crust

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 4 hrs 20 mins

  • beat cream cheese with an electric hand mixer in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. add sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate; beat until smooth. stir and food coloring into the cream cheese mixture. fold whipped topping with the cream cheese mixture; pour into pie crust.
  • refrigerate until filling is firm in the center, about 4 hours.
