Mrs. Mcg's Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds, or to taste

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • process bananas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon together in a food processor, pausing to scrape down the sides occasionally, until smooth. add soy milk and blend until smooth. scoop into bowls and top with chopped almonds.
