fruit salad dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) envelope instant dessert topping
  • 2 (20 ounce) cans , drained
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows, or to taste

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 20 mins

  • whisk sugar, eggs, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and flour in a saucepan until smooth.
  • heat egg mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes. set aside to cool completely.
  • whisk milk and dessert topping in a large bowl until fluffy. fold cooled egg mixture into dessert topping. fold in , pineapple chunks, grapes, and marshmallows.
