Low Calorie Orange Jell-o® Salad
Ingredients

- 2 (0.3 ounce) packages sugar-free orange gelatin mix (such as jell-o®)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges (no sugar added), drained with juice reserved
- 1 small orange, juiced
- 1/4 cup sugar-free orange drink (such as crystal light sunrise classic orange®)
- 3/4 cup ice cubes, or as needed
- 1 cup frozen sugar-free whipped topping (such as cool whip®), thawed

- dissolve orange gelatin mix in boiling water in a bowl. stir juice from mandarin oranges, orange juice, and sugar-free orange drink into gelatin mixture. melt enough ice cubes into the gelatin mixture so you have 1 1/2 cups total; refrigerate until thick and softly set, 6 to 8 hours.
- stir mandarin oranges into gelatin and gently fold whipped topping into the dessert; refrigerate until fully set, about 2 more hours.
