Favorite Jell-o® Pie
Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) package mixed berry-flavored gelatin mix (such as jell-o®)
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as cool whip®), thawed
- 1 (6 ounce) prepared graham cracker crust

Ready Time: 4 hrs 30 mins
- stir boiling water and gelatin together in a bowl until gelatin is completely dissolved. add ice and cold water; stir until ice is melted.
- whisk whipped topping into gelatin mixture until smooth. refrigerate until mixture is thickened, about 20 minutes. spoon gelatin mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set, 4 hours to overnight.
