Brownie Batter Ice Cream (electric Ice Cream Maker)

Ingredients

• 1 cup whole milk, well chilled
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 cups heavy cream, well chilled
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup brownie mix

Recipe

• 1 in a bowl, whisk the milk and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
• 2 stir in the heavy cream and vanilla to taste.
• 3 stir in brownie mix, making sure there are no lumps.
• 4 pour mixture into the bowl and mix in electric ice cream mixer until it has thickened (about 25-30 minutes).depending on your maker.
• 5 remove ice cream from bowl and place into a separate container.
• 6 place bowl and the ice cream into the freezer to get to consistency you want.
