Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups blueberries
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients.
- 2 add melted butter with electric mixer.
- 3 add eggs.
- 4 add milk.
- 5 add baking soda and lemon juice.
- 6 stir in blueberries.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees for 16-17 minutes.
